Anthony’s Coffee Shop was a North Shore landmark and gathering place for 20 years. When it closed in 2015, we inherited the legacy of its founder, Ed “Anthony” Stewart, who lovingly obsessed over the quality, consistency, and freshness in every batch of coffee he roasted from his carport in Paia.

Today the Anthony’s recipes live on, roasted right up the road at the old Paia Sugar Mill – with the same impeccable standards that elevated Anthony’s Coffee Shop to “Maui’s Best Local Coffee House.”
